UNHEALTHY FOODS DISGUISED AS HEALTHY!

In this day and age it seems as though everything we consume or eat rather is processed food. It is always essential to have knowledge of what exactly is in the food we eat. When chosing healthy food to consume always keep in mind that there are unhealthy foods that have been put out on display as being healthy and good for you, keep an eye out for what may seem healthy on the outside but nasty and totally bad for your health inside. Healthy food always has simple nutritional values on the packages and clearly state what nutritional value you will be consuming. These are the few foods to avoid when doing your grocery shopping:
  • Creamy salad dressings

  • Fatty lean meats
  • Fried chicken
  • Crackers or croutons
  • Full cream or fatty cheeses
  • Nuts
  • Sodas or smoothies
  • Full cream yoghurts
  • Canned fruits or vegetables
  • Procesed packeged foods.
So next time you do shopping or eating out, remember that just because it seems healthy, it doesn't mean that it is really healty. Always keep an eye out for unhealthy foods diguised as healthy! Lets live healthy lives each day at time.

    1. Besides the packaging being an issue, the manner in which the product is perceived. We assume we know what's healthy from unhealthy, but some uhealthy foods are disguised as healthy.

  2. Sizzle I think that you have a point on living a healthy life but it is difficult to avoid eating foods mentioned above. But to have a long life span I guess one have to starting avoiding them.

Healthy living is a very hard decision to make but in this day and age where everything we eat is processed and instant, it may seem like the only option we have to live long lives without any diseases and disorders caused by unhealthy eating. It is always wise to take it one step at a time.

    1. I honestly can relate as to how hard it is to live a healthy life, but all it takes to motivate you should be whether or not you want to live a very long fulfilled life without any unhealthy eating ailments such as obesity and heart diseases related with eating too much fatty food.

  5. Unhealthy foods are nicer than healthy food,but the fact remain that we must eat healthy food because, they build our bodies to be stronger.

  6. would you say that the healthiest fast food outlet is Anat? cause thier food is almost like home made not other artificial foods we get at the commercially favourite outlets
